unexplained forum ban on my forum!

I cleared out all my browser history, and cookies in Internet Explorer 7

After cleaning out my browser cache on my main computer I am now banned from my own forum but only on this computer. Yet it still works 100% fine on my other 3 computers on my network and the IP address is the same. Also one of my members has said he cant access the forum either both he and I are the 2 main administrator accounts.

Any ideas whats up with this?

what is the message it gives you?
CTracker and phpBBSecurity give different messages. It would help to know which one banned you

I think you had a guest who did something CTracker didnt like and it banned him. Of coarse by doing so, it banned all guest's.
look in your db in phpbb_users and check if user -1 is banned

I dont recall the exact verbage, but this user should be active.

if that doesnt work, you can empty the ban list, then double check that user -1 is still active, delete your browser cookies for the site and try to log in

had to screen shot it cant right click or hot key copy either.

So any ideas here it is annoying to have to use a diff comp on the network to access my own forum. not to mention a few other members who dont have that luxory of multiple computers who cant access the forums.

Hello Semper Fi i had the same problem on my site it started 2 days ago i followed the instructions from HelterSkelter and the site works fine now.
This is what i have done:

Go to your DB (host) find forum_banlist and look for user -1 this was how it looks in my Db "id1 user-1" i have set this to id 0 user 0 and saved it .

now i ( and all the other members) can enter the site again
