dutch language pack install

i use the dark template and i would like to install the dutch language pack
can some body explain how to do this
when i ftp the pack it will not show in the acp
when i rename the file to ducth_lang it shows but won't work

please some advise on this matter

but i need a how to for this
i found the file already in the forum or this must be differant
anyway when i put the file in the language map it dont show in the acp
and like i say when i rename it then it shows but dont work

so whats the trick to get this to work ?
