New Install Stalls

I am installing a first time fresh install of Integra the latest version. I have redone this seven times now making sure that I have followed each step exactly.

I have been doing this over 4 years now so I am not new at it.

The install shows everything successful. I then delete the install folder as instructed. I then click the bar to continue which should bring up a prillian install but each time I instead get a redirect to a login page as such but not including my full url:

Line number On/Off | Expand/Contract | Select all

Well then..All righty. Hmmm... Support support...where to find support.

I have now done this 17 times with every possible angle covered and it will not work correctly. Either I make it install without prillian and not be able to login or it just will not complete the install and jump over the prillian section and hang on the login. I see over 70 plus folks on here and staff by the handful and can't get an answer.

Did you select to install prillian? did you delete the 2 install directories at the correct part of the install procedure? How did you upload via unzipping locally or on the server? have you uploaded more than once?
