if you remove the tile from the block, it will be gone from both the portal and the index.
Just remember that anytime you change block information, you must delete the cache in acp/IM Portal/Delete cache files

If your chmods are correct then your changes will show up after deleting the cache

Maybe I'm being a dunce, but some of my block titles don't show up, and the only reason I care is because I want to remove them, but don't know how to get them off the forum index, but not the portal.
