UX improvements in PMs

I've been mostly concentrating on "User Experience" improvements recently for IM. Some UI parts are stuff in the 2000s and we dont want that. If you guys have suggestion I'd gladly take a look.
Here's the new "review" box in private messages, similar to how phpBB3 does it (phpBB3's system is more complex but we dont really need dynamic filters for PM folders...)
