Can't access the 141 section area here

I seem to be able to access other sections of the forum except the 141 support area.
Getting error: Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/importal/public_html/forum/includes/functions.php on line 3287
Tried several times.

Might be my fault, I posted a few spots you missed in a code box. I thought the code box would insulate it.

if you search user posts it seems to let you in that way.

Actually I got in the first time by clicking link in email.
Then after trying to access from forum, I couldn't get in.

the forum didn't like something in CaNNon's post. I edited, but didn't change anything and it is fine now.
