New users getting incorrect default value for new column?

New users getting incorrect default value for new column?

Have installed a MOD that adds a column to the USER table. The column is defined to have a default value of -1 but new users are getting 0 for the default. I suspect this has something to do with the PCP but not sure what I need to do to correct it. Any ideas?
