What was done before the problem appeared?
uploaded fisubice to my server and switched to the new style that I installed. It gives me a blank screen that says...
"phpBB : Critical Error

Could not get theme data for themes_id [xx]"


What was done to try to solve the problem?
I know to solve the problem I can go in and edit the user database and change my theme back to normal.

how can I install themes on 1.4.1?

I know that the theme pack I used is for 1.4.0, but I see that these forums have the themes installed.

any suggestions?

Did you make sure that you have permissions set to 666 on includes/def_themes.php?

That error means that the information didn't get added to def_themes.php

the themes on these forums have been ported to 141.
You probably need to delete the cookie for your website from your browser because the cookie stored in your browser, will look for the last known theme on your site

that themes file, for some reason, was not set to 666 so I changed it. I also deleted the cookies then uninstalled the themes and re-installed them.

Now the themes work like a charm!!
