i am curious, if a fresh install of 141 is done, what tables can be imported?

can the forum categories, post, tables from different mods be used?

and can the copy user mod be used? since i use the Starfox Uploader, i would hate to have the users member numbers change.

but if nothing can be done, it is time for a fresh start <img>

ya same question basicly, I'm forced to install fresh and use what backup's I have left from my old server which ran IM 1.40, and so I'm wondering the same, which tables can be imported,

Is there a .script that auto moves the old data over to the new db?

I'm supprised at the crappy mysql comparison tools out there.. however IM/KISSMOD/E-TEGRA and it's community is THE BOMB

I'm hyper to get my site running again after it being down for 6 months, and am mostly concerend about the structur of the IM pages, forums, and user accounts/profile, user groups and maybe calander (goes w/ forum posts)
I think that's basicly it? no CashMod worries.

if you run the upgrade .script on the old db, you should be able to import any tables
just be aware that certain tables must be impoted together
ie...phpbb_posts & phpbb_posts_text etc

[solved] Ok so I had to sync from the -Forum Admin- / "Management+" on the right, it says resync.

found out about the update .script through here - http://www.integramod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3018

and so It worked good except one thing:
I sync'd the forums like it says (through 'DB maintanance' in -General Admin-) and still no luck, just the test forums show up.

.. basicly what I did was run the update .script from my old forum install folder (it was hacked to shit, then I imported it into the new forums db. I didn't straight upgrade because old site got hacked to shit and i think starting fresh is best.

BTW: it said in the maintance sync that some old forums were found and put in a recovered forums catagory, .. nothin showin up tho
