can any one help my i want to design my own theme and need some gook links and tutorials to start me off.
i was also wondering if anyone can give me the code that lets you have a different background pic on a IM Block eg here [url=http]http://rebirthoflight.net/portail/portal.php[/url]http://rebirthoflight.net/portail/portal.php with the nav bar
