My folder is called Logfiles NOT logs the only file of those I do have is

Was your site an UN-MODDED 1.40 version?

No it was a very heavily modded board. BUT whats that got to do with the files not being in the download of 1.4.1? lol the read me says to chmod those files and chief, they just aint there man.

REALLY not trying to sound cute or smart allecky man, Im just all kinds of peturbed that the read me says one thing and the file is a completely other.

looks like your ftp may have dropped a few files. here is the ctracker folder upload it to your forum root

CTracker is one of the mods that was updated prior to release of 141 and caused us to delay the 141 release. the filename may not have been updated in the instructions. Ill check it out and update it if neccesary

Thx a million Helter. I restored my files and went back to 1.4.0 to get my site live again. Ill redo my upgrade tomarrow and see how she goes. I appreciate it chief. <img>
