i have a question about this feature, it is a great feature, i love it to death. i am on several forums that i use this topic to keep up with the ones i am watiching. it is so easy to go to my profile and see if someone has posted after me, maybe giving me some help like on this forum.

but, it is very irritating to have my mail box fill up with emails that someone has posted in that topic.

when you take into consideration there is numberous forums, and probably numberous 'watched topics' that can be alot of emails.

is there any way to disable this function of being notified by email that someone has posted in that topic?
