how can i configure the width of the portal so people dont have to scroll to the right to see everything. i like how here its all tightened up only have to scroll up or down.

I too hate the left - right scrolling default.

I had to manually alter the template in 1.4.0 - anyway we can just make this a standard from now on? <img>

cant we remove the left navigation panel from the forum index?
it should only be there on portal.

you can remove the left blocks from the index from acp/importal/page managment
edit integramod default and choose "Forum-wide blocks?:" = no

i figured it out it was the huge redirect banner on the right that was forcing page width beyond 100%.

after doing that they go only from portal not forum index.!

i want the other way round. I want then to be there on portal and NOT on index.
