How to hide age and gender from viewtopic?

And the system time shows wrong on index! MY time is GMT +3 and i changed it everwhere.
but still it shows the wrong time!

For your request to hide age and gender you need to use the ACP- PCP part of the admin section, there you can remove or add information from various pages

also how to remove the Contract and expand options from quote and code box?
