Not really a problem. I understand doing layout in IM Portal, but how do I move boxes around on the forum screen? I presently have a small and regular calender showing in forum screen. I want to remove regular calendar. Allow shout box to widen. And add the who's online screen like 1 on forum page to home page. I tried to put who's online box on home page, but made 2 boxes on forum page.

You have to edit the template file index_body.tpl and remove the calendar manually.
