Sometimes have to log in twice

Sorry for all the help, i keep searching by god but i'm not finding my answers heh..
Sometimes i have to log in twice, sometimes it does it on the quick log in on the forum and sometimes on the portal. It will just redirect to the portal and not be logged in. Is there any fix to this?
