Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Above is the error message I am getting when I try to add a banner or add an IM portal block
Any ideas why this comes up now and how to fix?

Actually I tried to use IM portal on our old forum as well and got the same error.
Could this be a problem with our host for our forums? Maybe locked out for maintenace?
