When i or my members upload an image to the album, and it uses alot of capital letters like "LCARS" "PCARS" and so on, when submitted the title is changed to "Lcars" "Pcars"

This is a feature that can be turned on or off in through the ACP.

ACP>Photo Album>Configuration, upload tab, "Propercase picture title e.g. 'This Is A Picture Title'
Setting it to 'NO' will result in this 'This is a picture title'"
