Always shows 1 message

What was done to try to solve the problem?

For some reason, it always shows 1 message available in the top menu bar.
If I don't have a message, it shows it non bolded... when I do have a message, it shows the same thing, but in Bold. I've tried clicking Delete all in my inbox, but it's not working.

If I don't have a message, it shows it non bolded... when I do have a message, it shows the same thing, but in Bold. I've tried clicking Delete all in my inbox, but it's not working.
