error in install/phpbb_to_im141.php

im in a bit of a pickle im new to all these new modifcations lol any way i have a standard phpbb 2.0.21 board installed and i want to upgrade to Integramod 141
so i run the update that is provided but i get this any ideas?

I'm having the Exact same problem i have tried deleting that section but i just get alot more errors so i out it back i was gonna post but you made the post also so might as well see if anyone can fix it

I got around it by updating to 1.40 first then upgraded to 1.41 and it worked beautifully

for 1.40 you dont even have to upload the main folder on the db_updates and the install folder, do all that then delete them and upload all the 1.41 files, and then in the install folder put the 1.40 to 1.41 .script and it will update fully
