the url is now showing up correctly because you have blank spaces in it.
replace them with - or _ and repost it

is actually this
Software Microsoft Digital Image Suite Pro v10.0.rar

try renaming the file folder to something like

Microsoft_Digital_Image_Suite_Pro_v10.0

then re-compress and redo the post and attachment
