Signature Images not fitting required measurements

Placing limitiations on sig pic size
What was done to try to solve the problem?
Changing the limits, verifying that they were active, and that I did it right

If you look at some of the sig images, they're bigger than the 150x500 image limit. I can't figure out why. <img>
