Color Theme Changes

What was done before the problem appeared?
I changed the entire template's color theme because I didn't like it.
What was done to try to solve the problem?
Looked around the template editing files in admin section of the forums - no good.

Hey guys,
I am just trying to find where the color themes are saved and how I can change it - more specifically, the board rankings (Normal -> moderator -> jr admin -> admin -> board creator). The default color for a normal is Black which makes it difficult on a blue/black theme.
How would I change this? This is a Ti2000 template - nothing relating to code has been altered - I only changed the upfront graphics that I could photoshop to make it a blue-black theme.
