converting to integramod from another system?

This is not strictly for support of integramod however I am currently running phpBB2 Plus 1.53a and want to convert to integramod does anybody know how I can do this?

several users, including myself have converted phpBB2 Plus by treating it as a vanilla phpbb. You may have a few minor issues with album tables and mini calandar tables, but there are posts here to get you through it and users who will point you in the right direction

What procedures do I have to do to convert it?

it may take a little debugging, but the first step is to save a backup of your database using phpmyadmin, or whatever your host provides for editing your db. Then make a duplicate database with a different name. import your backup to it. Upload all the IM141 files to a folder in your webspace....example would be a folder named forum as we use here. set all your chmods correctly as stated here http://integramod.com/forum/portal.php?page=18
copy your original config.php from your current site to your new forum folder overwriting the newly uploaded one. edit it to point to the new db you just created from your backup.
go to http://www.integramod.com/forum/dload.p ... ile_id=108
unzip, and upload install/phpbb_to_im141.php to your new forum. You can overwrite the existing install folder
now in your browser go to http://www.yoursite/forum/install/phpbb_to_im141.php
once this is done, delete the install and prill_install folders.
Log into your new forum and go to acp/forum admin/ and choose to re-sync forums.
now you should read http://integramod.com/forum/portal.php?page=19 for additional settings and help

I have done the upgrade but have no header and cant login.
I just get the account locked thing.
Any ideas how to get around this, I have tried changing my password by requesting a new one but when I try to login I get the same problem.
