Profile edit problems

What was done before the problem appeared?
I logged in got following message:

What was done to try to solve the problem?
I filled required fields and hit submit. everything goes normally, but when i got home page it asks again to update my profile required fields.

So it says that info is saved but suddenly it's not.

Same problem exist when new user try to register it wont save info it's just returns new clean registration form when user hits submit.

I tryed fill profile like this.

gfdsfgsdfhf
hfdhsdfh
fghdhg
hehehe

and suddenly it works, but if i wrote my real info it wont change and new users cant register with any info.

Check your chmod instructions, it's not saving the information or cant save it
