What was done before the problem appeared?
i deleted old dir integrastyle theme files from 2005
What was done to try to solve the problem?
deleted in mysqldata base themes_id [31]
De.scription and Message

Could not get theme data for themes_id [31]
all pages display this message now and i can not change to an other theme style <img>

reupload the theme you deleted. then uninstall it from acp eXtreme Styles.
if that does not work, backup your includes/def_themes and upload this one and chmod to 666
