upload the banner you want to forum root/images/logo/
then, in your forum, go to acp/general Admin/configuration
scroll down to "logo setting"
in "Logo Dimensions" add the height and width of your logo
in "Choose a Logo", use the drop down menu to select your logo
then, in your forum, go to acp/general Admin/configuration
