Help upgrading phpBB2 + IM Portal to IntegraMOD 141

No problem yet. Would like to update from IM Portal.


What was done to try to solve the problem?
Have done nothing at this point. Trying to figure out what needs to be done.

Our phpBB2 forums currently have IM Portal installed from a previous web admin. I would like to start using the full IntegraMOD package, but am unsure about a few things.

Should I use the "upgrade edition" package of IntegraMOD even though all I have installed is the IM Portal mod? Will the IntegraMOD installation see that I have IM Portal installed and work with it or update phpBB2 to Integramod?

We have the following Mods (some of these I think are a part of IM Portal, but not sure)

News Block Module
Smartor Photo Album
Smartor Chattbox
Calendar Lite
ItemStats

start from phpbb to 141
you will get errors in the sql saying that certain tables already exist. 99.9% of the time, this is nothing to worry about as the update .script will just move on to the next querry
