An account was just locked. Below are the details.

Account Locked: .=QUACK=.PC100
IP For Who Locked It: 75.83.164.134

This IP is for that account. Did he lock himself?
When I goto ACP>User Admin>Manage - his account doesn't look like it's locked.
I asked him about it and he told me he switched computers and when he tried to login, it asked for 2 passwords. He tried 6-7 times and apparently locked his account.
How do I unlock it?

he should be able to unlock it himself. If he is having trouble with his password, edit his profile with a simple password and have him try again.

My members are 7th graders and they lock their accounts all the time. They don't know how to unlock it so I end up having to unlock accounts and reset passwords all the time...

I tried re-doing his password to something easy and he still couldn't get in.
He mentioned something about using x86 on his new pc. I think that's what he said anyway LOL.

you, as admin, can edit his account with an easy password. then be sure he is active. Log out and login as him to test it before you send him the password. Make sure he deletes his browser cookies before he tries to log in.
