[Solved] Error 404/403 Forbidden Access

What was done before the problem appeared?
What was done to try to solve the problem?

May be something that needs to be looked at.
I was checking out ACP>IM Portal>Blocks Management>Install & Configure
At the bottom, there is a block named: Install and Configure Integramod 1.4.1
If you try to activate it, so that it can be viewed, I get the message
FORBIDDEN -- error 404 (which is really error 403)

Something in the coding for that block is causing that error. I tried copy and paste it in a new block under IntegraMod Default and got the same results.
I tried twice, and if I get another error 404/403, my IP will get banned by my host LOL
Then I have to request them to unban me.
Won't be playing with this again. LOL
