Update and Template

Updating and changes for template and modified files.

I have a question, like if you release for example: 1.4.2
after 1.4.1, and I modified a template or some files from 1.4.1 version, ... lets talk about the templates first.
If I edited the FiSubice template to my own images and fixes and all that... and forgot about the not uploading a thing or backup. Or someone messes up my server (another admin maybe)...
And then 1.4.2 comes after I modified my forum files and themes... there are no change -file texts or instead you give us stuff to replace? I'm not sure.
