I'm now getting the above errors looking for logo_phpbb_med.gif
I checked and file isn't there. I also checked on my pc with a fresh download last week, and it's not there either.
Is anyone aware of this file missing?

I just copied it over from /forum/templates/fisubice/images/black/logo_phpbb_med.gif

I also figured out it is the symbol in the top left corner on the ACP - it never showed before, but works great know.

Get into templates/Integra2/images/

Change logo_phpbb_med.gif to logo_phpBB_med.gif and then the logo above your ACP will work .

Also, you can cut half of those errors simply by creating a file in your home directory titled 401.shtml and putting "Page Not Found" inside it (or whatever you'de like to put in there) and you won't have that error anymore.

Couldn't change the logo file name because there was none.
Hence copying it over.
