Error 404 - Trying to delete inactive user

[Tue Apr 3 19:22:38 2007] [error] [client 24.203.88.233] File does not exist: /home/k1jon/public_html/forum/admin/admin_users_inactive.php&mode=delete
I tried to use ACP>User Admin>Inactive Users
I clicked box next to inactive user and then clicked on delete at bottom.
Then I got Error 404 - The webpage cannot be found
Above is the errors from my error logs if it helps.
