New Donations Block - Glitched

I know I have asked before on this topic, but I found my possible problem.

I was looking at my lwdonors.php file, and saw a mention that it accesses the ACCT_HIST_TABLE.
I checked my database and was looking at phpbb_account_hist, and found what i would call an alert message. It's a ! in a triangle and says "No index defined!"

If this is OK then ignore the rest, but I checked all of my database and there are many alerts.

I would think there should be no alerts. Could these be causing my problems?
