I have downloaded 1.4.1 4 times and checked every one of them and the config.php file has no text in it what so ever. The filesize, from what winzip says, is "0" I can't install my forum without it, so I'm stuck. My problem is that simple.

As a matter of fact, there are several blank files. I just checked the files with the smallest file size and these files are blank:

.htaccess
backup-2006-04-14.sql
backup-2006-04-15.sql
backup-2006-04-16.sql
config.php
def_userfuncs_bhere.php
logfile_debug_mode.txt
sub_templates.cfg (fisubice)
sub_templates.cfg (integra2)
vcache.php

Has anyone else had this problem?

config.php must be empty and chmodded to 666. When you install 141, it will write the db info that you enter in the install screen to config.php
