[Solved] Posting Error

I recieve this error when users including myself are trying to post:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, http://www.redline-guerrillas.com Port 80



People will click on the back button and that seems to cause them re-post what they have already posted. Thanks in advace for any help..

Verify your .htaccess file.

if your site is hosted on a windows server, delete this file.
If you don't know, backup it and delete too, and see if that helped.

If this is not .htaccess related you must contact your host and tell them about this error, this is usually an issue coming from a misconfigurated webserver, I doubt that somebody else here could say more about this problem....
