ACP left menu overloading times

I've got an annoying issue for 2 weeks:
When I go to the ACP, I have sometimes to wait more then 5 minutes to get the left pane menu loaded.
I can see the right pane (admin index) very quikely but the left menu stay completely white ans I see the page still loading in Firefox
I have no idea where this could come from... I did nothing to my board since the problem appear
