De.scription and Message

I have update my forum to etegra 1.41.
after that he changed my attachment settings to
file size to 256 , Attachment Quota to 50
and i cant change any setting of attachment settings any more
before upgrading to etegra 1.41, i had always my attachment settings up to 100000MB
and i still have enough space on my HD and have no folder quate limiet for the folder files
I tried to change any information, after submit. it looks the same.
no any changes become to the settings.
