Upgraded from 140 to 141
What was done to try to solve the problem?

I just upgraded to 141 from 140, and the Qbars seem to be default.
I'm getting the tweaks out on my backup folder, not the live site...
which files hold the menu and navigation that I made for my site?
(http://www.falloutzone.net is my live site, http://www.falloutzone.net/foz2 is what i'm working on now)
