remove tabs from the profile cp

This will probably be a very quick question to answer, so here it is...

how can I remove tabs/options from the profile contol panel (namely the "photo" one) as I've looked over all the profile cp files and I just can't find it anywhere!

Anyone?????

Don't know what else this might affect but it removes the photo tab easily on my site...

General Admin
Configuration
Scroll down to Photo Settings
Set the three radio buttons to No.
(Enable gallery photos No
Enable remote photos No
Enable photo uploading No)
Submit changes
View profile to notice missing Photo tab...
