Time Format of Forums Incorrect

What was done to try to solve the problem?
http://us.php.net/date to try and change the timeformat myself before asking a question. D M d, Y h:i a, switched the g to h to see if maybe it could update in that format.

Probably another dumb question...

The time is correct, but its showing 24 hour instead of 12 hour, though my settings are correct...

Did you set it to D M d, Y h:i a from within Configuration + >> Profile Options >> Profile Settings and override user choice?

Or individually, within your profile >> profile >> profile settings , can you set your date format to:

D M d, Y h:i a

This was my bad...

The forums are actually correct, the mod that I had dloaded was incorrect. I was able to edit the correct files to get the 12 hour format, but there is still a problem with it showing 2 hours ahead.
