Checked to see if image files are uploaded and they are.

I just did a fresh install on a website I've helped run for some time now. I uploaded the files, then some php files that I had to edit from my other forum (fixes for false positives from CTracker). Right way, none of the images on the forum are showing. I haven't had this problem on my other forum, just this one. I installed the fisubice style and am having the same problem with it as well.

Edit: I ran into this when I tried to open one of the images on my browser. This is the error I got:

You don't have permission to access /forum/images/logo/phpbb2_logo2.png on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
