I have just setup a new site and am using the IntegraMod page.
I have setup blocks for header, center, right, and footer.
The footer blocks aren't showing. I have deleted cache files but still nothing.
I've played around with it but haven't been able to figure it out.

Any ideas where I went wrong?

Have you enabled system wide footer in ACP - IM Portal - Portal Config

Errrrrrrr... While I'm sure your heart was in the right place, you might want to remove that Amber Alert from your index page.
