Set up new site and saw the code when I completed my registration.
Now when others try to register, the code doesn't show.

I cleared template and im portal caches but no change.

I haven't done anything yet since on couple hours after installation. Don't know why it doesn't show.

I see the image just fine?

Several refreshes... Solved?

Retarded LOL - been trying for an hour. And now it's working.

Conformation code not showing again - getting little box with red x in ti.
Another member also tried and got the same thing.

You might have a problem with your cookie settings in ACP/general admin/ config...

As this has been known to stop the Confirmation code from showing....

I got my cookie details matching the actual domain-name I use and .script-path etc.

These were the cookie settings when I installed my site.
Everything has been working for over 3 months, and now it's not.
The cookie settings have never been changed.

I have checked my other site, and the cookie settings there are exactly the same as the aaquacks site, the captcha settings are also the same aaquacks site. It works there but not on the aaquacks site.

Oh I believe you... on this, I was just mentioning it... on phpBB3 it makes a huge difference! Do them wrong and you can't log in or can't get back into ACP. That's why I'm mentioning it. Especially since monkey always had the double login issue and the cookie fixed it.

Well... the confirmation code gave me enough headaches... I'm gonna stay out of this one for a while <img>

Did anyone ever actually try to solve this? I've now had 4 users complaining about the code not been there! And I suggested they refreshed until it reappeared, after 30 YES THIRTY minuites they have given up.

I've emptied the caches (both via ACP methods and manually), told them to clear their prowser cache's before each attempt! (as such i've taken the site offline and put it in maintenance mode!)

Its annoying! Could someone please sort a fix out for this? It can't be just a fluke, its too frequent!

if your using a template other than Integra2, does it work if you switch back to Integra2. What template are you using and which IM ver?

Its... integra2 which is the theme (its currently the forums default) and its IM 141

Go to ACP/general admin/configuration and clear the Cookie domain delete cookies and restart your browser...

I had this problem twice and both times this worked for me...
