nothing


What was done to try to solve the problem?
deleteing cookies, history , cache , ect....

I have no messages in any of the folders yet it always says 1 even if i have a few new messages then when I read 1 it shows the right number till I delete them then goes back to saying 1 new message(s) <img>

and one of my members says he can't access his private messages at all.

where is the pm archive at in the ACP ?

I have similar issues occasionally only it says 65636 messages or something like that.

You can use phpmyadmin to browse phpbb_users and browse to your username, edit your pm unread messages to 0, OK.

I dont have any explanation so far but you can try to use the "Check" and "Synchronize" features in
ACP >> General Admin >> Database Maintenance
