I was trying to do some setting up in a new site, and when trying to access ACP>Photo Album>Configuration, I get the following message.

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forum/admin/admin_album_config_extended.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I may have had this issue on my other site, but I don't recall how to fix it LOL

Ya - I see I got no answer before either.

But I fixed it on my other site. - Just have to figure out what I did. LOL

Maybe I'll copy files from one to the other site.
