since upgrading to integramod the forum time is roughly 5 hours behind, I have set to GMT+1 but isnt corecting the problem.

Did you try setting it to that in your own profile as well, so you could see the change?

Yeh everything is set to GMT+1 even in the Internationalization part, if I also set to GMT+1 in the ACP configuration the board shows 5 hours behind so I have to set it to -5 for it to be on the right time.

make sure you're setting the administration base time to the time zone your SERVER is in, not you, yourself.
