what to do that users-members get ranks based on points/posts?

ranking is set by posts in the ACP > User Admin > ranks section.. you can assign when they get to a certain amount of posts, they get to the assigned rank

once you set up your ranks, you can go to the cash mod > cash groups and give them bonus cash for making those ranks as well
