Is there a way to display the Links Categories page in a portal block? I'd like to display this

without the Header/Footer, Submit your site, and link back thing. I just want a box to display all the Categories, in the links section and not just the ones that are either hardcoded or have images in them? I have a bunch of link that I would really like to show on the front page and I can't seem to figure out how to isolate just the category section.

Should this post be in the Mods forum instead? I'm thinking the answer is yes, and I was hoping one of the almighty 'adminy' or close-to-almighty 'moderator-ish' kind of folks could possibly move it for me?
