news block cache problem

What was done before the problem appeared?
fresh install
What was done to try to solve the problem?
search through forums....
De.scription and Message
The defualt number of news posts displayed on portal.php set to 10, and total posts displayed on news are 40+.
When cache for news block enabled, links like here:
[code]http]
opens the same page!
When news block cache disabled - all OK. Cashe of this block greatly speed up my forums, so how make those links work when cache enabled?
